Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery is typically 2–4 days in the UK, 5–9 days to the US and Canada, and 7–14 days to the rest of the world after dispatch.

Orders outside the UK may attract import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return.

No. Everything we sell is general, unbranded closet-organisation and shoe-care accessories. We don’t use licensed characters, sports teams, luxury logos or any third-party trademarks.

Our dividers and risers are adjustable or trim-to-fit and are designed for standard chest, dresser and wardrobe dimensions. Each product page lists exact measurements so you can check before buying.

Yes. For 25 units or more, request a quote on our Bulk Orders page and our trade team will reply with volume pricing.

We accept major debit and credit cards through Stripe, and PayPal. All prices are charged in US Dollars (USD).

Yes. Payments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant providers over encrypted connections. Your card details are sent directly to the payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
