The website and store are operated by M.J. HICKEY PLUMBING & HEATING LTD(“we”, “us”), a company registered in England & Wales under number 05231255, with its registered office at Unit 9 Hill Farm, Ford End, Chelmsford, England, CM3 1LH, United Kingdom. Mjhickeyph Closet Co. is a trading name of M.J. HICKEY PLUMBING & HEATING LTD. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published when you order.

We sell general, unbranded household closet-organisation and shoe-care accessories — such as drawer dividers, shelf baskets, garment bags and shoe organisers. Product images are illustrative; colours and finishes may vary slightly. Our products are everyday consumer goods and are not medical, safety-rated, fire-rated or certified devices, and no such claims are made.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any payment taken in full.

• All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and exclude any import duties or local taxes, which are your responsibility.
• Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe or PayPal using secure, encrypted connections. We do not store your card details.
• If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the related order.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to interfere with, probe or disrupt the site or its security
• Resell our products in a way that misrepresents them or our brand
• Submit false information when ordering or contacting us

All content on this site — text, layout, the Mjhickeyph Closet Co. name and logo, and product photography — is owned by or licensed to M.J. HICKEY PLUMBING & HEATING LTD and may not be copied or reused without permission. We do not use third-party trademarks, logos or licensed characters on our products or pages.

We provide our products with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

These terms and any dispute relating to them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence.
